Unanswered call:

hello,

Here the debug outputs for an unanswered call goes, the details of hw/sw version details are given in my previous post " MICA No Answer Rate", on Apr 2, 2003 .However version details are

IOS: c5800-k8p4-mz.122-13.bin

Modem: 2.7.3.0

RAS: AS5800

Router: 7206

Moreover the command debug trunk cas port 1 does not elaborate cas events as "debug cas" supported in AS5300. Any commands supported by AS5800 to trace cas events as AS5300's "debug cas".

if any of you guys figured out the root cause for the following unanswered call would be great.

Re: Unanswered call:

I think you can use the 'modem-mgmt csm debug-rbs' command on the AS5800 along with the command 'service internal'. You can find more information at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/univgate/ps509/products_maintenance_guide_chapter09186a008007cb99.html
