The isdn line disconnect unexpected,do I need config dialer idle-timeout and dialer-group on router-a which is receiving incoming call?

Dialer idle-timeout must be set on both ends of the DDR link, the default on all dialer capable interfaces is 120 seconds. Is this the time the link stays up after interesting traffic, do a show dialer interface or show caller timeout to see the timeout status.
