Use CCO SNMP Object Navigator (http://www.cisco.com/go/mibs) to do a translate/search on the OIDs to see what MIBs need to be loaded.

hi,

I tried the method to translate and below is the result.

iso . org . dod . internet . private . enterprises . 99 . 12 . 29 . 3 . 1.

can any1 please help?

Regards.

What is the exact OID that you're getting in the trap?

hi,

my exact OID is :

1.3.6.1.4.1.99.12.29.3.1.

could u pls help??

Hi,

I've found

critAppDown 1.3.6.1.4.1.99.12.29.3.1 nonLeaf

in http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/sc/rel7/mibs/7mibappa.htm

It seems to come from Cisco Media Gateway Controller.

See also http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/sc/rel7/mibs/7mib_ch5.htm

or other materials in http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/sc/rel7/mibs/

The .99 tree belongs to SNMP Research. And the trap you received called critAppTraps defined in SNMP-RESEARCH-MIB. It doesn't look like Cisco MIB. What product is sending this trap?

thks..
