up/down changes

i keep noticing the following events, is it possible this is simply from workstation reboots or is something else more likely going on?

This can be related to anything that causes physical link to change states, including workstation reboots, moving equipment around, etc. I would check the devices connected to these ports if they continue to exhibit these link flaps.
