Updating Detailed Device Report (Resource Manager Essentials).

I'm using Resource Manager Essentials 3.2, Some inventory information showed in Detailed Device Report is wrong. The wrong information is about mica software version used in as5300 equipment.

I tried to use Inventory Poller, Update Inventory and Schedule Collection options, but I didn't get update the information wrong.

What device is this and what is the MICA software version that RME is showing compared to what is the actual on the device itself?. If you delete the device from the inventory and add it back again, does it show the correct info in the reports?
