Upgrade IOS on L3 blade in 4006 switch

I have a 4234 Layer 3 blade installed in a 4006 switch w/ a Sup.II at my client. The router blade is currently running 12.0(14)W5(20) code.

I looked at code 12.3, 12.2, 12.1 AND 12.0 on the IOS upgrade planner, but did not even see the model listed.

What am I doing wrong here?!

i did not find any cisco layer 3 4234 blade. only which i can see is 4232 and ios is available for it.

My mistake. It is a 4232 L3 blade. But I still do not see the code for it? Where is it?
