Upgrade WS-F6700-DFC3B to DFC3BXL

Is there any Hardwaredifference between a

WS-F6700-DFC3B and WS-F6700-DFC3BXL ?

In other words can I upgrade to BXL by

adding a 1GB DFC Memory to the WS-X67xx

Linecard in combination with the old

WS-F6700-DFC3B remaining on the linecard ?

As per the data sheets both are similar in functionality but differs in the features it offers.

would suggest to check this link for more info about the features supported by them..

as per the sheet ios code reqd to operate them is also the same one..
