Has anyone come across any issues when upgrading a 6500 series switch with highavailability mode and MSFC2?
I'm planning on upgrading my 6513 this weekend. Cisco publishes the procedure, but Cisco states in this document that the commands must be executeed fromslot 1, the active supervisor.
The problem I see is that slot 2 is my active sup. I'm wondering if I should pull slot 2 to force slot 1 to become the active sup before I begin.
Just looking for some of your experiences. I'm doing this in production so I want to be prepared.
