Obtained a Viking 32 MB PCMCIA card (Cisco's according to reseller) and inserted in slot1. The first time I formatted slot1 I got errors, second , third etc. no errors. When I try to copy to slot1 from tftp server it will copy to 98% then get timeout errors. I used both Cisco's and Solar Winds TFTP servers. (Little or no network traffic at that time of night). Tried downloading the file (rsp-jsv-mz.122-2.T.bin) again with the same results. Any idea as why it dies at 98%?

Pumpkin is definitely better for large files. Also, you can use FTP or SCP with routers to move files.

Thanks. I downloaded a number of TFTP servers including Pumkin and ver 5 of the SolarWInds TFTP server. SolarWinds ver 5 worked. The only theory I have is that the old version 4 may have a 16MB file size limit.
