Upgrading IOS image12.0(5) to 12.?

I have 3500XL switches that currently run IOS version 12.0(5)WC9a; I found that, using the IOS Upgrade Planner, that this release goes up to 12.0(5)WC13, but I could not identify a corresponding 12.1, 12.2, or 12.3 release to replace this with...

Can anyone identify for me a corresponding 12.2 or 12.3 release that matches the featureset for the 12.0(5)WC13 version and will run OK on 3500XL switches?

Thanks,

Marc

Marc,

the 3500XL series are in out-of-life state and, as far as I know, there are no 12.1 or higher IOSes available.

I updated our 2900XL and 3500XL platforms with the recomended 12.0(5)WC13 version two weeks ago and they work fine. All services I need are available (e.g. RADIUS, which wasn't supported with very old Images).

Regards,

Rolf

As far as I can tell, 12.0(5)WC13 is the latest IOS for the 3500XL; there isn't a 12.1, 12.2, or 12.3 release for it.

Thanks to both you and Rolf for verifying what I seemed to be discovering from the IOS Upgrade Advisor tool. I'll go with the 12.0(5)WC13 until we upgrade in the next year or two.
