Upgrading memory for a 3600

Hi

We have a 3640 that needs upgrades to flash and dram capacity.

Is it possible to determine what size chips are in what banks from CLI (flash and dram)? (What are the commands?)

Can we also determine if the chips are 32bit or 64bit from CLI?

Thanks in advance.

The following URL shows how to determine the main memory configuration in the router:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/63/simm_config_3620_3640.html

A "SHOW FLASH CHIPS" command will show what type of Flash SIM is installed.
