Upgrading Sup2 Module In 6513

I need a document that will explain how to upgrade a 6513 switch with dual supervisor modules. If the primary supervisor is configured do I perform the syn command?

Attached is the link for upgrading standard 6500 series switches. Near the bottom is a set of links on how to upgrade when using redundant supervisor blades. You will need to select the link depending on if you are using CatOS or IOS. You will also need to be logged into CCO.
