urgent: ospf neighbor stuck in init between GSR and Alcatel Ominswitch

Hello everyone:

I encoutered a below problem:

GSR interconnects to Alcatel OminSwitch5502 by G-ethernet.

GSR is in area 1 and area 5 .and Ominswitch is in area 5 only

and no any ospf features such as NSSA added.But from GSR ,the output of show ip ospf neighbor is:

61.100.100.8 1 INIT/DROTHER 00:00:30 61.100.100.193 GigabitEthernet3/1

from Ominswitch,I can see any neighbor.there is Juniper ERX conncets to Ominiswitch as area 5,it can establish neighbor normally.does anybody encounter this problem? please give me some advice.Thank you in advance.

Try debug ip ospf adj, and see what the error is. My immediate guess is an MTU mismatch, but we won't know until you try the debug output.
