urgent urgent problem ON MY 6509!

Hi

i have updated the 6509 sup1-2GE from the hybrid IOS TO Native IOS(I RELOADED THE SWITCH MANY TIME).EVERY Thing was fine,today i have restartED the switch it goes to romon"System Bootstrap, Version 5.3(1)

NOW;when i enter the command boot slot:c6sup11-dsv-mz.121-20.E2.the 6509 starting normaly.what is the problem now how can i fix it;i dont need every time to boot manuly.

have a look to show bootvar:Router#show bootvar

Hi,

When the switch is booted, can you post the following:

show boot

dir bootflash:

show run | inc boot

It may also be helpful to have a console output of the failing boot process.

The register is correct for the RP but my guess is the register on switch processor side is incorrect . At the rommon prompt see if you see what the register is , it is in the switch processor at this point .

Thats my suspicion as well.

To check on the switch procesor side do a "remote login switch" command and this will take you to the switch processor , do a show version at that point . Register should read 0x2102 , if not it needs to be changed.

i was set the registry on sp to 0x2102 when i have converted the box.ps have a look to the skow output:

in the 1st 6509 i can't do "remote login switch" but in the 2ndi DID The register its 0x2100.how can i change it to 0x2102.
