URL to download the IOS installer?

I switched/formated PCs and I no longer have the IOS updater utility. I can always tftp it over, but I liked dumping new images through the serial port from time to time.

Any help is appreciated.

What I really need is the software used to load new images onto a router. When you purchase an image from Cisco they give you this tool on CD-ROM. I can't seem to find the CD and I've since reformated changed PCs so I lost what I had installed.

What do you generally use to load an Image on your routers from your PC? The tool I'm thinking of required you to console into the router and then you connected an ethernet port to it to dump the image out.

This was a very simple process and didn't require me to startup a tftp server everytime I wanted to do this.
