We recently had an employee leave and we are trying to gain telnet access into a C3750 switch. When User Access Verification appears, and we try the username and password on record, we get "login invalid". We gather either the username and/or password on record is incorrect.
Are we able to bypass this step if we console into switch?
It is important we keep the config of the switch as is, we need to simply add vlans and add a few ports to them.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
