User Tracking not showing Port Name

I have Campus Manager 3.1 up and running. User tracking is working great except for one problem. no information is showing up in the Port Name column. It is blank. All other areas are working great. Any Suggestions?

I reviewed the link but it makes no reference to the process of getting port names from the switch. However; when I view the ports in a different area of Campus Manager (section to show ports on VLAN (I think)--sorry I am presently at home so I can not tell you the exact area) I see the port name with no problem. It just does not show up in User tracking.

This is a documented bug in CM 3.1, was not present in 3.0 and is resolved in CM 3.2. Upgrade to 3.2 (or downgrade to 3.0).
