User Tracking problem

User tracking dont retry the host ( IP@ and mac) from catalyst 5500 ( catos4.5(10). Cdp is enable on my network. The host are discover by user tracking on the vlan 1 but in other vlan is not discover.

I have used this procédure for troubleshooting my installation but it's not resolve the problem.

Hi,

we had the same problem. After installing the latest IDU packages for CMF and CM and after using unique hostnames on all switches in conjunction with a DNS server the problem disapeared.
