UserTracking and Catalyst 3550

Hi all !

We recently installed UTlite33.exe on our hosts. Since then, we realized that some IP addresses were missing in user trakcing. I've found many docs on Cisco TAC that were suggesting solutions. But I still have a little question. If we have some Catalyst 3550 switches on our network (Layer2/3 switches) will they "interfere" with the main router when UT performs its user collection ?!

User Tracking depends on Topology services, so if your network devices have not been discovered in Topology Services, then you will get incorrect info in User Tracking. Did you check if all switches are being discovered and that those switches have Cam entries for those servers in question ? If it's a specific server, from that switch, then check the output of, "show cam dynamic". Here is a document regarding campus manager/user tracking discovery:
