Maybe I'm overlooking some basic documentation, but I cant' seem to find the command I'm looking fo anywhere.
Our setup is CAT 6509 w/ a SUPIIG running IOS 12.1 on the Route module. The switching portion is using CAT OS 7.5 . What I want to do is make one of the switch ports (specifcally a GIG interface) a routed interface. Is this even possible w/ CAT OS?
No, not with a direct command on the SUP-config. This is only possible if you're using the Native-IOS-Mode on the Cat65xx. But it's possible to configure just a sepereate vlan on that port and then configure the Layer3-Informations for that vlan on the msfc, for example
