Using netconfig to change user and privileged mode passwords

There is a template in RME->Configuration Management->NetConfig that allows you to change the enable password:

set enablepass

%OLDPASSWORD%

******

******

If I try to create my own template that changes both the user and priveleged mode passwords, using the %OLDPASSWORD% variable, the job fails - complaining about the variable.

Is there any way I can set up this template using the %OLDPASSWORD% variable, or is the only way to type the password in manually (which I managed to get working OK)?
