Using router 1603 as a DHCP server

Hi,

What I want is using Router 1603 as remote sites with single static address connected to central site Router 3640.accepting dialing in from these remote sites. These remote sites are used by 10-15 users. These users should get ip addresses dynamically from 1603 router, which is configured with ip address pool.

I will be much obliged if someone can suggest me if this is possible and send me a configuration for central as well as remote sites.
