Using telco NMLI service for Metropolitan data and PBX voice connectivity

We are considering replacing an OC3 network between three metropolitan buildings with three SBC NMLI 100 Mbs fast ethernet circuits to connect the three buildings, about six miles apart. The data traffic is 15 to 20 Mbs between buildings. There are four T1 circuit emulation circuits over the current OC3 network and we would like to add two more. Is it feasible to connect the PBX T1 trunks to CES ports on 7206 routers, converting the voice traffic to IP to traverse the NMLI circuits to the other PBX's, along with the normal user data traffic? User data encryption is required, normally done in our network with 10/100 Cylink Nethawk encryptors on NMLI circuits, which would also encrypt the voice traffic although voice encryption is not required. Is this feasible?

PBX--T1---router--wan--router--T1--PBX

I think you are trying for a similar kind of connectivity with much larger setup. In this case you can connect the PBX T1 trunks to CES ports on 7206 routers and can convert the voice traffic to IP to traverse the NMLI circuits to the other PBX's. The following link has a sample configuration

Encryption is also feasible I think.
