utilizing two different internet T1 lines

How can utilize (load balance) my interent access through two different internet providors ? is BGP the only solutions ?

You can do it by using two default routes (0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0) to both providers, using per-packet or per-destination load balancing and using ip nat translation with policy routing, that match output interface for packet.
