I have UTLite.exe running on our network. It does work as I can pull username from some PCs, but not all even though these PCs are in the same subnet.
Is there a reason why this is happening? I have gone to check those PC where I cannot get username come up in the User Tracking and they do have the utlite.exe on their PC. So the User Tracking should have picked up their username but it just does not pick it up.
For the pc's which it does not pick up , do you see them (IP,mac) in the UT tables. If not try using the ping sweep feature. If you do see the devices , check the last seen time. You may have discovered the devices before loading utlite. Else you could delete the whole table and start again.
