I have just sync'd the ANI db with RME and I only see the IP address in RME. I have read a previous conversation stating that you must use DNS. Is it possible to only use a host file instead of DNS?
Yes, a hosts file on your server will work OK. You need to make sure that Campus Manager has found the hostnames first (you may need to run a discovery again) and then do a bulk import into RME.
