vlan and ipv6

Hi,

Does any one know whether if I have configured vlan on my switches and router, can I implement ipv6 over vlan?

Can you refer to any documents that mention which release of the IOS and what version can support ipv6 over vlan?

Thanks.

Re: vlan and ipv6

It is only supported in the 12.0(22), 12.0(21)ST, 12.2(2)T train and upwards, the S trains are generally for Service Providers.

A switch with a MSFC/RSM will not handle this IOS (Specifically the T train), so it would be best to have an external router 2600 etc running 12.2(X)T train and config a 6 to 4 relay on the 2600.
