VLAN configuration

Hi,

I have a 4006 with Sup III as my core, 1 module with 6 x 1000BaseFX which is meant for the edge switches (2950). VLAN is suppose to be implemented. How can i configure the VLANs to talk to each other? Maybe we can see in this simple setup : VLAN 2-7 (192.168.2.x - 192.168.7.x), each connected to the 1000BaseFX.

Please advise... Thanks

Re: VLAN configuration

Configure the links connecting to the 2950's as 802.1q trunk if you need to carry more than one VLAN over it. COnfigure Layer 3 VLAN interfaces for each VLAN on the 4006 to do the inter VLAN routing. You can find more info on configurations on CCO at
