Hello,
I am the proud owner of a Catalyst 5513.
In this switch there are a few 10/100Base TX Ethernet Cards and a Route Switch present.
On this switch i made some VLAN's and to do some intervlan routing i have some vlan interfaces on the route switch.
My question is: Is it possible to set a default gateway per VLAN? I hope it is a stupid question and everybody but me knows the answer.
Many thanks,
Martijn Koopsen

Ofcourse it is, the default gateway of each VLAN will be the IP address of the corresponding VLAN interface configured on the Route Switch Module. Have a look at this for more info:

Best of luck.

Ok,
So far, so good. But i have two gateways to the internet connected to the switch. And depending on the VLAN the user is in the traffic needs to go to one or the other gateway. Is this also possible?
Thanx,
Martijn

You will have to do some policy routing to redirect traffic to respecitve gateways wrt each VLAN.
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/12cgcr/qos_c/qcpart1/qcpolicy.htm
Take a look at this.
Policy routing will need to be applied on the incoming vlan interfaces on your RSM. The traffic matching access-list should match the subnet of the desired vlan.
