Anyone could help me to find out what would be the problem with my configuration? I had 3 VLANs. VLAN 1 (. 120 subnet) and 2 (.121 subnet) could pass through WAN (meaning i could ping yahoo address) but VLAN 3 (.122 subnet) can not.. Im using RIP as a routing protocol...What would be the possible cause of this VLAN 3 problem?
I'm not familiar with the 4000 port-channel commands so I cannot tell where the internet router is connected. It has to be doing NAT. is it set up to NAT the 122 vlan? Does it have a route back to the 122 vlan? See if it is making NAT translation table entires for the outgoing pings.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
