vlan to vlan via 1720 routers using dot1q

Currently have an hp switch configured with 2 vlans using dot1q in my main office. Same is routing traffice via 1720 router using the sub-interfaces all works fine in that my ip devices are obtining the correct information and so too are my pc's. In my remote office connected via a point to point t1 I have the same setup but my devices ip phones as well as pc's are not able to communicate with my dhcp server in the main office. From the remote router I can ping all interface and sub-interface in the main office. Advise what could be the problem.

Have you added the ip helper address to the fastethernet interface at the remote site. Otherwise DHCP requests will not be forwarded.
