Hello All,
My question is , can you disable the native vlan1 on a trunk port.
I want my manegment vlan to be 100, for example ,and my user's vlans are 2-99.
Would this disable DTP,VTP,CDP and PAgP on this trunk port, since vlan 1is disabled.
thanks in advanced

Well .. I don't think you can do this ... This is the default VLAN.

You can have vlan 100 has a mgmt domain instead of v1. There can only be one mgmt domain.

Hello,
The native VLAN can be assigned any VLAN ID, and it is not dependent on the management VLAN.
You can clear VLAN 1 from the list of allowed VLANs. If you remove VLAN 1 from a trunk, the trunk interface continues to send and receive management traffic, for example, CDP, VTP, PAgP, and DTP in VLAN 1.
