Is it possible to use the two B channels of a same ISDN BRI access, with the CISCO803 one for data the other for the phone, at the same time ?

No problem at all. You should configure
your dial-peer, and on the ISDN
interface have a look at the command
"isdn voice-priority" to determine
what to do in the event of contention.
