When I try to find a call using: Campus Manager > Path Analysis > Voice Trace; I receive a message of "Unable to obtain the CDR"
It suggests to check that the script cdr.asp is available at http//[ip Call Manager]/ccn/cdr.asp. This script does not exists but the CDR are collected perfectly.
Is it possible CiscoWorks is looking for the CDRs on a wrong place?

What version of Campus Manager and IDU?

I`m having the smame issue after upgrading to CCM 3.3(2).

I was hitting this bug: CSCdx35019.
The workaround is :
Change the security settings of C:\Ciscowebs\CCN\ folder
With this, my problem was solved.
