VPN Configuration for Cisco Router

Hi since I don't have the CCO login, some Cisco websites which require the CCO login, I could not access.

Please confrm that do I need to configure my router in HQ in order to allow my remote office to dial in by VPN connection (thro Internet) ?

If yes, pls suggest any free URL for VPN sample configuration.
