VPN Setup and Dial-in Access on a 3640 Router?

I'm new to setting up VPN/Dial-in Access- can anyone give me a basic configuration that will let my remote users log into our network through the built-in modems in our router/log in through a VPN tunnel? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
