VTP Config Issue

I just received a switch (2924 System image file is "flash:c2900xl-c3h2s-mz.120-5.WC10.bin") and I am having some issues doing anything with the VTP commands. The only option I have in conf t is vtp file. Anyone know why or how to resolve it?

switch(config)#vtp ?

file Configure IFS filesystem file where VTP configuration is stored.

switch(config)#vtp

Hi,

Enter the 'vlan database' command first. Then you can configure VTP under the resulting configuration mode...

Do the following:

Switch# vlan database

Switch-vlan# ** Now you are in Vlan database config mode and you can configure the options here ***
