VTP port mapping

Will port-to-VLAN mapping configuration propagate with VTP too? Or VTP just carry VLAN name and number configuration and port binding need to be done manually for each switch? In case port configurations carry over VTP, what if switches, in the same VTP domain, are different model? Different number of available ports? Will VTP port-to-VLAN mapping works correctly? How? Ex. Switch1 configured ports 1-10 to VLAN1, ports 11-20 to VLAN2. And Swich2 have only 4 ports, what will happen?

VTP does not carry information of port mapping. It only carries the information of existing VLANs. So when you create a VLAN on VTP server, it will propagate to all clients but on any client switch you will manually need to put a port in that VLAN.
