VWIC-1MFT-G703 on a Cisco 1721with IOS 12.2(13)T3

When running the above configuration (IOS ver suggested by local Cisco support) a show diag shows the module correctly, but now interfaces or controllers are found in a show ver. If i understood the docu right these should be detected automatically without any further configuration.

Am i missing something, should i try another IOS ver?

(Unfortunately im not very experienced with a 1721)

Ios is fine for 1721 but We need to see following from the router.

sh diag / sh ver /sh run

In sh ver. it should report "E1 multiflex trunk card" or so. Also in sh run, it should report "controller E1 x" as well.

the problem was finnally solved by installing IOS ver 12.2(8) YN.
