WAN Routing Question

I have a remote office connected via frame relay to our corp office. We have recently installed a T1 to the internet at that remote office to relieve the saturation of http traffic on the frame circuit. All was fine until my boss wanted to create an IPSEC tunnel (PIX to PIX)to our corporate office and route e-mail (MS Exchange) over the IPSEC tunnel and not over the frame. My question is what would be the best way for me to accomplish this? Route map? I have two 1751's at the remote site (one for frame and one for Internet). Any help would be appreciated.

You could use policy routing or you could probably use a host static route for your mail server pointoing to the interface.
