WAN simulation with 2 wic t1 cards w-csu/dsu

If I have 2 2600's with wic t1 cards can I simulate a 512k leased line between the 2 with the proper configurations? if so what are the commands and to use a straight through or x-over cable?

You can get a router - to - router serial cable. Here is who I used.

That's not the problem I can get the rtr back-to-back no problem just want to recreate 512 or 256 bw on the 2600

You just need to use a x-over between the T-1 interfaces, set one router to supply the T-1 clock, and set both interfaces to use the channels you want. For 512k you'd use "service-module T1 timeslots 1-8" at the serial interface config.
