You really must be from "sales" because you somehow, optionally, forgotten to mention the Cisco Extended Limited Lifetime Warranty whereby the client can just simply get the serial number attached to a valid Service Contract and, based on the specific model of the appliance, can get FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY.
