What cisco equipment do I need?

I am planning a T1 circuit from Orange, CA to our warehouse in

Calexico and from Calexico to Mexicali? I want to plan for T1

access from Mexicali to our network in Fullerton with 8 to 12 voice/fax lines.

What hardware do I need to do this? Cisco preferably. We want to have

2 to 4 voice/fax lines in Calexico. What equip is required? What

equipment do we need in Fullerton?

I am looking at a direct connection so security won't be an issue.

I would like to see Mexicali and Calexico as sub-net on our network.

Mexicali would keep their Exchange server. There are two people at the

warehouse in Calexico. They'll have email from Mexicali or Fullerton.

Does anyone have a suggestion that might best fit my need.

This really depends on your budget. I would recommend 3662. But many Cisco routers support your configuration. 3640 will do too. of course, all the high end routers will work really well too. it's all depends on how much you could spend and growth consideration.

Do I need one of these routers for each location?

A 3640 will work fine, and you can change out modules as your network needs advance. You could use 2600s at your remote locations.

If this is just a matter of point A to point B, then you might consider using 2600s at both ends, and drop the price a bit. 3640s are nice and robust, but they cost more.

We use separate equip for our fax/voice lines, so I can't help you there. I just can't get comfortable with letting both services run through the same equipment. It goes down, and you lose data AND voice.
