What does "please grant permission to launch ciscoview" mean

I have logged in to CiscoWorks 2000 as an admin. Everytime I click on ciscoview, I get the error "please grant permission to launch ciscoview".

What does it mean and how can i get it to work?

Use the latest version of JRE from

www.sun.com.

You need to install the CD One patch with JRE 1.3.1 on your server. Then delete the current version of JRE installed on your workstation. Open CW2000 through your broswer, it will prompt you to download and install 1.3.1.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USING THE "LATEST" VERSION OF JRE AS THE APPLICATION WILL NOT RECOGNIZE IT AND STILL PROMPT YOU TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL 1.3.1.
