What does the following message mean? Jan 17 15:02:51: %SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task ran for 8474 msec (18/7), process = Net Bac

Here is the message in full:

Jan 17 15:02:51: %SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task ran for 8474 msec (18/7), process = Net Background, PC = 8032F0F8.

-Traceback= 8032F0FC 802FC1D8 80340D70

This message was received on a Cisco 2600 router, at the time the router was disconnecting a load of ISDN calls but not sure if this is relevant

The indicated process has run for too long a period of time without relinquishing the processor.
