I have four routers (2 x MSFC, 2 x 7507 RSP4's) on a vlan all part of group 176 using HSRP.

On the two msfc routers i am getting this message in the log file

%STANDBY-3-DIFFVIP1: Vlan176 Group 176 active routers virtual IP address 172.26.176.240 is different to the locally configured address 176.26.176.240

On the two other routers 7507's i am not getting this message.

I am running IOS version

MSFC-

c6msfc2-jsv.mz.1217.E.bin

7507 RSP4

rsp-jsv-mz.121-5a.E4.bin

This error means that the HSRP virtual IP address contained in the Hello message from the active router is different from the HSRP virtual IP address that is configured on the local router. There may be an HSRP mismatch configuration.
