What exactly is "processor memory" in AS5300?

AS5300 with 3 E1 interfaces and 16MB flash / 64MB DRAM restarts at least once a day (usually at peaks) with following error message: >>System returned to ROM by processor memory parity error at PC 0x601BEDB4, address 0x0 at 00:26:44 CET Wed Apr 3 2002 System restarted at 00:27:35 CET Wed Apr 3 2002 System image file is "flash:c5300-j-mz.122-7.bin" <<

I changed RAM, didn't help. I tried changing IOS image, also didn't help.

So, what is actually "processor memory", and how do I fix it?

This crash is typically HW; if it's

occurring on a regular basis, you should

get the chassis replaced.
