The Catalyst 2950T-24, 2950-24, 2950-12 and 2950C-24 are members of the new Catalyst 2950 family of high-performance, standalone, 10/100 auto-sensing Fast Ethernet desktop switches. The Catalyst the 2950T-24 has 24 10/100 ports with 2 fixed

10/100/1000Base-T uplink ports, the 2950-24 provides 24 10/100 ports, the 2950-12 has 12 10/100 ports, , and the 2950C-24 has 24 10/100 ports with 2 fixed 100Base-FX uplink ports. With one rack-unit (RU) form factor, each of them is very easy to deploy, either on a desktop or mounted in a wiring closet. From a feature standpoint, the Catalyst 2950 Switches offer all the key features available on the Catalyst 2900 Series

XL Switch family, plus more powerful quality of service (QoS), superior multicast management (IGMP Snooping), and wire-speed performance in connecting end users to the LAN.
