what is the difference between WS-X6K-S2-MSFC2 and WS-X6K-SU2-MSFC2?

and look at "WS-X6K-S2U-MSFC2=", what is the meaning of "="? and what is the difference with ¡±WS-X6K-S2U-MSFC2¡°£¿

The part number with the "u" means upgrade. The part number without the "u" has 128 MB of memory and the one with the "u" has 256 MB. See the release notes for the CAT6000 if you need more info.

The "=" sign is appended to the end of all Cisco part numbers.
