what is the maximum port speed for WIC-1T port on 2600 platform ? Is it true that the card can support up to 8Mbps ?

According to cisco website,

"Dual-Port High-Speed Serial WAN Interface Card (up to 8 Mbps/card" in refrence to WIC-2T module,

My question is regarding WIC-1T module, what i the maximum for this module on the 2600 platform ? 4 mbps or 8 mbps ?

Re: what is the maximum port speed for WIC-1T port on 2600 platf

WIC-1T supports up to 115.2 Kbps as asynchronous port and up to 2.048 Mbps as synchronous port. http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/107/hw_1t_wic.shtml

WIC-2T supports 8 Mbps aggregate across 4 ports, it means adding 2 Mbps per port. A single port cannot support 8 Mbps.

Support for speeds above 4 Mbps must use WIC-2T.

So, finally, 2 Mbps can be the maximum speed handled by WIC-1T
